A Fire Genasi Sorcerer who grew up in an isolated community of his kind, Alek's first experience with the outside world involved a human boy his age named Milo. The son of a pair of merchants that traveled the area selling their goods, Milo's stubborn persistence gradually earned him a spot in Alek's heart as a close friend and lover. So when Milo was drafted to war at the age 18, it was only natural that Alek would follow.

After Milo's sudden death protecting him in combat, the subsequent loss of control on Alek's behalf would set an entire battlefield of enemies and allies ablaze. He fled the scene immediately afterwards, out of equal parts shame and fear.

Hotheaded and irritable, Alek has a quick temper. Though he tries to hide it, he's ruled by his emotions more than logic. Though guilt from the past once ruled his life, he now lives happily with Milo, who was resurrected in a convoluted series of events.
